It's sunset on the shore of the beach. The light from waves reflects of shipping rope and you can hear gulls in the distance. Projected saltwater waves rush across the floor painting your feet in pixels of sea foam. The air is full of salt.
Ship Wreck Gimlet - Martin Millers is chilled and poured down a bamboo luge- filled with exotic flowers and salted seaweeds. Ice. Nori fish to garnish.
Beachcomber - Fresh pineapple juice and Whiskey served is a barnacled tin can unearthed from the sand.
Sunset Martini - Butterfly Pea Flower syrup combine with Mamont Vodka and citrus to revel a sunset in a glass.
Digital waves crash across the the room, full scale floor projections across sand were used alongside audio.
